For Zayo Group Fiber, we undertook a project to streamline their understanding of tax liabilities across varying county, state, and town boundaries, each with distinct tax rates. Our solution involved creating an automated GIS map that clearly delineated these different tax zones. This interactive tool allows Zayo Group to visualize and analyze the tax implications related to the land they lease, enhancing their ability to make informed financial decisions. By integrating geospatial data with tax information, we provided a comprehensive overview that not only simplifies compliance but also supports strategic planning and resource allocation.
